Due to the great success of our 2018's Halloween Special, this year we will be bringing you something A-MAI-ZING!

We have partnered up with Cinema Makeup School to be part of their International Internship Program, and we will be hosting 2 of their most outstanding graduates to bring the latest Special Effects and Prosthetic Makeup techniques used in Hollywood's most successful movies these days.

About the course:

In this 3-days (24 hours) workshop you can learn and practice how to apply prosthetic pieces to create the most realistic looks for movies, tv shows, photoshoots, commercials and much more.

Update yourself with the latest Hollywood techniques applied by top leading professionals in the industry. This class will be taught by 2 experienced graduates from Cinema Makeup School from Los Angeles. Also Kryolan Nederland will be providing the materials for the demonstration and including a goodie bag for all the attendees.



Everyone can join this workshop, no previous experience is required, is open to beginners and experienced students.

Due that the 18th of October is during autumn holiday's, we will be repeating this class on the 25th of October. In case you can not attend during the 18th, you must inform us at the moment you book the course to save your spot for the 25th.

Content of this course (24 hours):

  • Prosthetic appliances.

  • Materials used in prosthetic applications.

  • Creating wounds with prosthetic appliances.

  • Creating a character using prosthetic appliances.

  • Colouring and shading of the appliances.

  • Tips and tricks to create horror and scary characters using prosthetics.

  • Latests techniques and materials used in Hollywood these days.


Cost: €249,90 if you book before the 10th of September, afterwards the cost is €312,37.

The course includes:

  • Prosthetic appliances with a value of €75 aprox.

  • Goodie-bag from Kryolan.

  • Materials to use during the course.

  • Certificate of attendance.

  • Digital pictures of your work.

  • Coffee break.

The price of the course includes the materials to use in class but if you want to purchase the materials for yourself, you can purchase a kit from Kryolan with all the materials used in the course for only €135,39.

What to bring to class:​​

  • Comfortable clothes (keep in mind that could be stained).

  • Something to take notes.

  • Good and positive attitude.


  • You can practice on yourself or bring a model to practice on, can be male or female.

  • You can bring clothes, props or anything you want to improve the finished work in the picture.
